Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and responsible Operational Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse and operational activities The ideal candidate will manage a team ensure smooth workflow coordinate logistics monitor productivity and maintain quality standards This role requires strong leadership communication skills and hands-on experience in operations Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead guide and supervise the operations team in daily tasks such as packing sorting labeling and dispatch Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion Train new staff on operational processes safety and quality standards Monitor team performance and report issues to management Operational Management Oversee order picking packing and dispatch to ensure accuracy and efficiency Manage inbound and outbound stock movement and related documentation Ensure the warehouse is clean organized and compliant with safety standards Perform quality checks to ensure items meet company standards Logistics Coordination Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries Track shipment status and resolve any delays or discrepancies Work closely with the customer support team to resolve operational issues Inventory Control Update and maintain accurate inventory records Identify stock discrepancies and report them to the supervisor Ensure smooth flow of inventory and timely replenishment Skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in operations warehouse management or team leadership Strong leadership organizational and time-management skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Basic computer skills Excel email WhatsApp Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Candidates living near Thiruvalla What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for career growth into supervisory or managerial roles Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
