Role: Technical Recruiter Experience: 3-5 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Notice Period: Max 15 days Work Location: Borivali, Mumbai Budget: 4-6 LPA Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end IT/non-IT recruitment for permanent and contract staffing. - Work on various IT/non-IT roles and technologies across junior to senior levels. - Maintain ownership and commitment on deliverables with accountability and transparency. What We Are Looking For: - 35 years of strong experience in IT recruitment (contract + permanent). - Proven track record of closing niche IT roles within defined timelines. - Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking). - Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. - Self-motivated.
