About Liability Sales Liability Sales Department is integral part of Retail Banking Department which brings primarily the new liability business for the Bank in the form of CA SA and TD apart from other retail business of Cards Assets and Third-Party Investment Products The department is largely responsible for bringing New-to-Bank customers to the vast network of 4100 domestic branches spread across 26 states and 6 union territories About the Role Corporate Segment Manager - RFR are responsible for driving the Forex business of the bank by exploring business opportunities from corporate customers They are situated in branch and are responsible for managing the corporate clients Key Responsibilities Ensure achievement of Forex Card Volume Target from Corporate Channel Responsible for New Corporate Onboarding Achieve Count and Volume target Responsible for achieving the Profitability targets of the corporate portfolio Responsible for achieving the Cross-Sell Target NoA Salary Labels Ensure timely payments by the Corporates within the sanctioned credit limit Control on the Interest to Volume Ratio Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Graduation from a recognized institute Experience in sales forex and providing solutions to customers Experience in the BFSI sector Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job the candidate should possess the following Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills - ability to speak with conviction using data and logic Aptitude in building rapport with professionals at various levels of organization and outside environment Ability in problem-solving and negotiation Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
