Tele-sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic regional language Tele-Sales Consultant to join our team In this role you will be responsible for making outbound calls managing multiple processes and handling data in Google Sheets You will be using a manual auto dialer and will have the opportunity to earn incentives based on customer visits and vehicle purchases Key Responsibilities 1 Make outbound calls to customers using a manual auto dialer 2 Contact customers who have visited our website for used small commercial loading vehicles or have met our field team 3 Understand customer requirements and recommend the nearest 91 Truck Store for their needs 4 Schedule customer visits to the suggested store and follow up accordingly 5 Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries 6 Work on multiple processes including customer service data entry and data management in Google Sheets 7 Maintain and update customer records accurately 8 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience 9 Meet and exceed performance metrics including quality and productivity targets Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Language Telugu Required Kannada Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 20 06 2025
