**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote our educational programs.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and other relevant details.
- Answer inquiries and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further consultations.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Accurately record data into the companies CRM.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th-grade qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Salary and Incentives**:

- Non-Target Based: ₹10k per month + Incentives.
- Target Based: ₹15k per month + Incentives.
