5. Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing mail.
Skills and Qualities:
1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

Education and Experience:
