OveJob Summary We are seeking a friendly organized and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company The ideal candidate will handle front-desk activities including welcoming guests answering calls and ensuring a pleasant and smooth visitor experience Duties Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization Receive sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries Manage appointment bookings and meeting room schedules Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone email Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document preparation Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed Handle visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges Ensure all guests follow company safety and security protocols Requirements and Skills High school diploma or equivalent associate s or bachelor s degree is a plus Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and attitude Customer service attitude and attention to detail Join us as a Caller where your skills will contribute significantly to our growth while offering you the opportunity to develop professionally within a supportive environment Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
