Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose IT and Digital leader for Digital channels (website, mobile, Intranet, Audit Portal, Invoice portal, Scrabble, Goldmine) & Digital Conversions (Nerve Center & MarkTech). Role Accountability 1. As Digital Channels leader, person needs to own all digital channels for SBI Card. He should be a thought leader who can lead the platforms strategically and operationally to meet business objectives 2. Person is required to own following channels (i.e. Web, PWA, MarTech, CMS - Teamsite / Webcenter) including strategic initiatives, Bimodal project delivery, compliance initiatives, service delivery and infrastructure/deployment architecture ensuring focus on decided business goals 3. Define and execute the digital platform strategy in alignment with organizational goals. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation in digital initiatives 4. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability 5. Owns up-time, performance, service delivery and continuous improvement in IT operations for his channels. 6. Prioritize user-centric design and functionality, enhancing overall customer engagement and satisfaction 7. Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate platform performance, driving continuous improvement 8. Collaborate with business units to understand needs and align digital solutions accordingly. 9. Working as people leader - building his team, hiring, coaching and retaining key talent. 10. Manage the budget for digital initiatives, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities 11. Manage relationships with technology partners and service providers to enhance platform capabilities. 12. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership to drive successful digital transformation initiatives Measures of Success Able to operationalize the project review and prioritization monthly meeting with business leaders ensuring Innovation, Transformation and Stability across these areas: 1. Strategic programs delivered 2. Technology Roadmap and aligning to overall business strategy. 3. Uptime, Performance, Sizing and Stability of in-scope platforms. 4. Compliance to Regulators, InfoSec and Internal controls. 5. Ideation, innovation and adoption of emerging technology 6. Team Structure, hiring and retention of key talent. 7. Control on Budgets and budget planning for future Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications 1. End to End Product Delivery Experience on Web, MarTech, CMS - Teamsite / Webcenter. 2. Responsible for end-to-end Operations (Service Delivery) and Program (Projects delivery) along with their team. 3. Key Technologies involved - FullStack (ReactJS, Microservices), CMS (Teamsite, Webcenter), J2EE, Python, MarTech Technology Stack, Know-how of Physical Deployments (Application Servers, WAF, CDN, Databases) 4. End to end Digital transformation experience on increasing conversions from digital channels. 5. Experience on building complete products or platforms from - Ideation, Architecture, delivery and Post-Delivery Operations 6. Experience on managing high performance team for running IT operations for delivery and Application support 7. Experience on managing digital channels with very high traffic and features Competencies critical to the role 1. Person is required to lead cross functional teams for digital transformation and building IT platforms/products. 2. Person should be Inclusive who can collaborate with multiple teams and drive them towards achieving a common goal. 3. Person should be a people manager - leading and delivering with team is critical. 4. Person should have strong hand on in-scope technologies specially application architecture and building future roadmap 5. Ideation, Innovation and adoption of emerging technologies is critical to keep self and systems updated. 6. Person needs to be clear communicator have great presentation skills for interfacing with CXOs and Senior management level. 7. Person needs to have strong program management, Project management and Change management Skill Set 8. Person should be well versed with financial services and applicable regulations specially for customer facing digital channels. Qualification 1. B.E/ B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science/IT 2. Preferably MBA/PGDMfrom Tier 1/2 Institutes Preferred Industry BFSI, Financial Services, IT Services, Consulting, Fintech, IT Products
