Position: OT Incharge Location: Mumbra Experience: 4–7 Years Type: Full-Time Department: Operation Theatre Industry: Hospital / Healthcare Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible OT Incharge to supervise and manage the Operation Theatre team, ensure OT readiness, and maintain surgical protocols at our Mumbra facility. Key Responsibilities: Supervise OT technicians, nurses, and support staff Ensure sterilization, equipment readiness, and OT hygiene Coordinate with surgeons and anesthetists for surgery scheduling Maintain OT records, checklists, and inventory of surgical items Implement infection control and safety protocols Train and guide OT staff as per hospital standards Handle emergencies and ensure smooth workflow during surgeries Qualifications: Diploma in OT Technician / GNM / B.Sc.
