Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced OT Incharge to lead our occupational therapy department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy practices and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all operations related to occupational therapy services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Train and supervise junior staff and interns in occupational therapy practices.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Registered Occupational Therapist (ROT) certification.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy assessment and treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
