About Us - IQOL Technologies Pvt Limited is a Bangalore-based Proptech startup redefining the Real Estate landscape in India We re innovating the way real estate operates through multiple in-house brands catering to various customer segments-from individual investors to cutting-edge SaaS solutions for real estate agents - If you re passionate about technology real estate and working in a fast-paced startup environment this is your chance to grow learn and contribute to building the future of Proptech Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Associate to join our growing real estate team in Bangalore The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field sales strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement This role involves identifying potential clients conducting field visits and supporting the sales process for residential and commercial real estate projects especially in the North Bangalore region Key Responsibilities - Conduct field visits to generate leads and build a strong client pipeline - Identify and connect with potential buyers and investors in the North Bangalore area - Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients through site visits and meetings - Maintain and update customer databases follow up on leads and support the closing process - Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and campaigns - Provide exceptional customer service before and after sales to build long-term relationships - Stay updated with real estate trends and project developments in the designated Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred - 1-2 years of experience in sales preferably in field sales or real estate - Familiarity with the North Bangalore Airport region real estate market is a strong advantage - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel frequently within Bangalore for client meetings and site visits - Proficiency in local languages Kannada Hindi is an added advantage What We Offer - Competitive salary and incentive structure - Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company - Training and support from an experienced sales team - Exposure to high-value real estate projects - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel frequently within Bangalore for client meetings and site visits - Proficiency in local languages Kannada Hindi is an added advantage ref updazz com
