Job Summary: We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused professional to manage Upwork project applications, inbound client communication, and operational tracking. The role requires speed, consistency, and strong attention to detail across lead management, documentation, and follow-ups. Requirements Must have skills - Good communication skills - Hustler, someone who can manage multiple things at a time - Managed some club/society/event in campus (actively involved in non-academic work also) - Experience with AI tools (GPT/Gemini) Good to have skills: - Excel/Google sheet - Exposure to sales (previous intern or projects) - Explored or used Upwork in past Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Upwork Execution - Identify relevant projects on Upwork as per defined criteria - Apply to 30+ jobs per day with customized proposals - Track proposals, responses, and outcomes daily 2. Inbound Lead Management - Respond to client messages within SLA - Share document checklist - Collect basic qualification details 3. Operations & Coordination - Maintain lead, payment and documents trackers - Follow up for missing information or documents This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role where consistency and speed matter.
