It has been more than 60 years since SYSTRA has garnered expertise that spans the entire spectrum of Mass Rapid Transit System SYSTRA India s valuable presence in India roots back to 1957 where SYSTRA worked on the electrification of Indian Railways Our technical excellence holistic approach and the tremendous talent provides a career that puts people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency Understand better who we are by visiting www systra in Context In India SYSTRA is an international consulting and engineering company operating in the fields of Metros High Speed Rail Railways Roads Buildings Urban planning and Water Infrastructure for public and private organizations Our unique expertise is backed with a reputation built through technical excellence delivered on projects Our fully integrated services are tailored to plan and manage projects using proven best practices In India the launch of the first line of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation DMRC in 2002 put SYSTRA on the map as a key partner for mass transit lines in the country and initiated a longstanding partnership with DMRC Since then SYSTRA has been involved in more than 80 of metro projects in India in all major Indian cities - Ahmedabad Bengaluru Delhi Mumbai Pune Surat Nagpur Kochi and Hyderabad The collective team competence built up in the two decades in the metro business renders us capable of delivering innovative reliable cost-competitive Project Management solutions adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality We are seeking applications for the position of Chief Quality Control Quality Assurance Engineer for PMC Service for Property Development Miscellaneous Works in Southern Region Missions Main Duties Quality Management System Develop implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan PQP in line with ISO standards and client requirements Establish procedures for inspection testing and documentation of all construction activities Lead regular internal and external quality audits and assessments Quality Control QC Oversee material inspections sampling and testing at all stages of construction Review and approve contractors Inspection and Test Plans ITPs and Method Statements Supervise and verify site inspections monitoring construction activities for compliance with specifications and standards Quality Assurance QA Monitor effectiveness of quality control procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with project teams to ensure implementation of quality requirements during design construction and commissioning Review and approve quality documentation including test reports calibration certificates and non-conformance reports NCRs Team Leadership Lead and mentor the site QA QC team providing technical guidance and training where necessary Facilitate communication between the project management construction and quality teams Reporting Documentation Maintain up-to-date accurate quality records and documentation Prepare periodic quality reports dashboards and status updates for senior management and the client Ensure proper closure and verification of all quality-related issues and NCRs Stakeholder Management Interface with clients contractors suppliers and regulatory authorities on all matters related to quality Participate in quality-related meetings reviews and risk assessments Profile Skills Master s degree in civil engineering construction management Graduate in Civil Engineering or Equivalent More than 15 years of experience Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization recognizing and respecting differences Ability to problem solve especially in an integrated project delivery environment applying industry best practices Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency As we are growing this is time to be a part of this challenging adventure It s not a job - it s a career
