Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections and tests of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality audits.
- Identify and analyze defects or deviations from quality standards and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal quality policies.
- Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality management programs.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, food production, pharmaceuticals].
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using quality control software and statistical analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in quality control (e.g., CQI, CQA) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
