Job Title: Food Quality ControllerKey Responsibilities:

- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- **Inspection and Testing**: Conduct regular inspections and laboratory tests on food products to assess their quality, flavor, texture, and safety.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results and compliance reports.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all products meet local, national, and international food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and USDA standards.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and investigate quality issues, implementing corrective actions and improvements to prevent recurrence.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and ensure quality standards are upheld.
- **Training**: Educate staff on quality control procedures and food safety practices.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in food quality control or a related role is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
- **Certifications**: HACCP certification or other relevant food safety certifications may be required.

Work Environment:

- Primarily in food manufacturing facilities, laboratories, or production areas. May require occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities.

This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and quality of food products, ensuring consumer trust and compliance with regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
