The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, ensuring effective coordination, team development, and delivery of accurate, timely pricing insights that support business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives and pricing strategy. - Task Management: Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks, managing team schedules to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. - Performance Development: Coach, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team members professional growth and performance. - Issue Resolution: Identify challenges or conflicts within the team and take proactive measures to resolve them effectively. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and market research to support pricing initiatives and business decisions. - Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth team operations, resource allocation, and adherence to company policies and quality standards. - Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred). - 36 years of professional experience, with at least 12 years in a team leadership or supervisory role. - Strong understanding of pricing strategy, market dynamics, or related business operations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
