Responsibilities: -

- Executive assistant, Personal secretary or Secretary to VP, Director etc
- Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible highlight and prioritize those that need MD attention.
- Plan and maintain MD's calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organize and set agendas and action points for all his meetings.
- Act as follow-up Manager across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.
- Type up minutes of the meeting, emails, preparing and updating presentations, and reports; circulate and file information to Head to business units and department head.
- Book transport and accommodation as and when required for MD and Clients.
- Collaborate effectively with all staff & clients.
- Provide good relationship management with the client.
- Managing director block.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

- 4 6-year experience previously as EA to CEO/Director level/VP/Company head.
- Exceptional organizational skills of self and others and ability to work without supervision.
- Maintain 100% confidentiality, demonstrate diplomacy and tactfulness.
- Use polished communication skills both verbal as well as written.
- Focus on business priorities and all functions to ensure clients, Guest and other stakeholder.
- Expertise in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to take minutes of the meeting and action any point required.
- Closure and completion of task in hand.
- Approachable to colleagues from different department.
- Ability to approach client for any information needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Good at time management and should be open to new ideas.
- Willing to do ad hoc tasks as and when required.
