Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen, capable of understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and driving business growth through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronics and thermal management markets. - Understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate products or solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Coordinate with marketing and procurement teams for lead generation and supply chain efficiency. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's strategic growth plans. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field). - 25 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in electronics, thermal solutions, or components. - Strong understanding of electronic components, materials, and industrial applications. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
