Roles and Responsibilities Complete Social Media Management for a brand Ranging from strategy plans execution and monitoring the results Corporate blogging Track industry-relevant blogs Generate leads Strategize for different industry segments like Fashion Real Estate Restaurant IT Phone Android applications and much more Measure and monitor social activity- find out what works tweak and improve communications tactics campaigns Develop creative innovative and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy Monitor respond and engage with the community on a daily basis and provide customer service wherever necessary Interact with designers copywriters content writers to come up with the best content for clients Conduct timely competitor analysis for all brands to ensure they are updated with trends Initiate and set up meetings with clients regularly to keep them updated Communicate with clients always and maintain good relationship Meet deadlines and report to senior managers clients as and when required Accept new challenges and learn quickly in a competitive environment Requirements Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate Must have a go-getter attitude and should be aware of various social media trends Should have Analytical Reasoning Should have good coordination skills Should be innovative Should have a strong interest in taking social media as a career option Should have great client servicing skills Fun-loving individual Required Experience Skills and Qualifications Graduation is mandatory A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience is required Agency experience Amazing communication skills Proactive and results-driven Good Project management skills
