Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Catalog Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our product catalog This role is critical in ensuring that product data is accurate complete optimized and aligned with customer expectations and internal business goals You will work cross-functionally with merchandising marketing tech data and vendor teams to drive catalog strategy process excellence and platform improvements Key Responsibilities Own the complete product catalog lifecycle - onboarding enrichment taxonomy categorization and retirement Define and optimize catalog structure attributes and classification logic for discoverability and conversion Lead product data standardization and normalization initiatives across categories and brands Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define catalog requirements and drive scalable solutions Manage a team of catalog specialists or external vendors ensuring high quality and throughput of data entry and auditing processes Monitor and improve catalog health metrics such as fill rates accuracy duplicate reduction and time-to-live Partner with engineering product teams to enhance catalog tools automation workflows and data pipelines Drive continuous improvements in catalog operations through lean principles automation and performance tracking Ensure compliance with legal SEO and brand standards in product content Analyze catalog performance trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
