Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a UK HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, as well as coordinating recruitment processes and maintaining candidate databases. Day-to-day tasks will include developing job postings, working closely with hiring managers, and managing all recruitment communications. The role also involves conducting background checks and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Qualifications - Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Proficiency in developing job postings and working closely with hiring managers - Skills in managing recruitment processes and candidate databases - Ability to conduct background checks and facilitate onboarding processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
