Role Overview We're seeking a serious, high-performing Sales Recruiter & Business Development Officer to enrol students onto our job-oriented diploma courses and source partner agents who can consistently supply student leads. This is a target-driven role you must be confident making sales calls, closing enrolments, and building pipelines. Key Responsibilities - Student Enrolment - Actively enrol candidates into UK-accredited diploma programs (open to all nationalities). - Advise students on course options, outcomes, and visa/employment factors. - Manage leads from enquiry to conversion. - Partner Agent Sourcing - Identify, approach, and build partnerships with education agents and consultants. - Develop a reliable network of agents to provide regular student referrals. - Maintain long-term relationships and support agents with enrolment processes. - Sales & Communication - Make high-volume outbound calls daily to students and agents. - Confidently handle objections, close sales, and achieve enrolment targets. - Maintain call records, follow-ups, and CRM updates. - Business Development - Engage UK employers for placement opportunities. - Stay updated with education and immigration trends to inform strategy. You Must Have - Based in India with the ability to work UK hours. - Fluent in English, Bengali or Gujarati preferred. - Proven sales mindset if you can't handle cold calls or sales pressure, this isn't for you. - Ability to source and manage education agent relationships. - Excellent phone presence, persistence, and closing skills. - Experience in recruitment, education sales, or agency partnerships is a plus.
