Overview Class Full-time AND PermanentLegal Entity SNEX Technologies Pvt LtdOrganization StoneX IndiaReport to Head HR IndiaCompany Overview Connecting clients to markets and talent to opportunityWith 4 300 employees and over 400 000 retail and institutional clients from more than 80 offices spread across five continents were a Fortune-100 Nasdaq-listed provider connecting clients to the global markets focusing on innovation human connection and providing world-class products and services to all types of investors Whether you want to forge a career connecting our retail clients to potential trading opportunities or ingrain yourself in the world of institutional investing The StoneX Group is made up of four segments that offer endless potential for progression and growth Business Segment Overview Corporate Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight youll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies Responsibilities Primary duties will include Consulting with Bangalore Business leaders and provide daily HR guidance Analyze trends and metrics with the India and Global HR teams Partner with the organization to work with managers and employees to address various employee relations issues fairly representing all interests Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances Create Employee engagement calendar and implement activities in alignment with global and APAC practices and Pune HRBP Engage the Fun crew along with the Pune HRBP Partners with all areas of HR Payroll Benefits and IT Also partners with other HR teams in India and APAC and global teams Lead or contribute to various HR Projects across India and other HR teams Works on various research projects and or special projects as assigned Maintains a clear and detailed knowledge of the industry trends best practices and labor legislation Participates in the documentation and implementation of common HR processes across the organization as a foundation to streamline processes minimize transaction time maximize productivity and utilize technology Promotes companys reputation as best place to work Assist in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions to achieve people initiatives and deliver results and a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow Provide compensation support to leaders for all salary actions including the annual salary review promotions and job re-leveling situations This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities Qualifications To land this role you will need 10-12 years of experience in HR and at least 5 years being an HRBP Knowledge and experience of handling ER issues and handling grievances Experience of implementing and managing workforce planning and talent development process Advisory and coaching Managing stakeholders and people Managing difficult situations Education Certification Requirements - Graduate postgraduate preferably in Human Resources Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong data presentation and drawing insights and analysis skills Advanced MS Excel skills Working environment Hybrid min 3 days in office as per prevailing RTO policy subject to change Travel Requirements if applicable LI-Hybrid LI-KV1
