Job Summary We are seeking a creative strategic and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our presence across multiple social media platforms The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of content creation community engagement performance analysis and emerging digital trends with the ability to drive brand visibility and audience growth About Host 2 Unlimited Host 2 Unlimited is a trusted Digital Partner for Educational Institutions including International Schools Colleges Campuses and Universities Our core services include Digital Marketing Content Marketing Branding Public Relations Influencer Engagements Search Engine Optimization SEO Admission Marketing Reputation Management impactful Video Storytelling and Event Promotion Key Responsibilities Create curate and schedule engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and ongoing campaigns Monitor social media channels and actively engage with the audience through comments messages and interactions in a timely and professional manner Collaborate closely with designers copywriters and video editors to ensure high-quality consistent and brand-aligned content Track and analyze key performance metrics including reach engagement follower growth and conversions using tools such as Meta Business Suite Google Analytics and other analytics platforms Stay updated on the latest social media trends algorithm changes and viral content formats to maximize reach and engagement Coordinate with internal teams to support events launches and marketing campaigns across social channels Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to improve content performance and growth Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights recommendations and improvement strategies Manage on-site client content creation using iPhones including capturing daily activities coordinating approvals with teachers and uploading final creatives to the designated campaign platforms along with the respective faculty members Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Mass Communication Journalism or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing Proficiency in social media tools such as Canva Meta Business Suite and similar platforms Strong understanding of social media algorithms KPIs and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools such as InShot VN CapCut Clipchamp etc is an added advantage Preferred Skills Experience working with Instagram Reels Stories and trending content formats Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a plus Job Details Employment Type Full-time Permanent Work Schedule Day Shift Work Mode In-Person Work Location This role is based at our client site located at Public School Ramsheth Thakur International Sports Complex Sector 12 Khar Kopar Ulwe Navi Mumbai Maharashtra - 410206 Please note that while the work location is on-site the position will be on the payroll of Host 2 Unlimited Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
