
Lead Generation Specialist – US Staffing

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business leads to support the sales team. A strong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment industry is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients (IT/Non-IT) across the US market using various online tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)
- Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate client information and interaction history.
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to pass on qualified leads for further engagement.
- Schedule meetings and calls between potential clients and the business development team.
- Monitor and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, client needs, and market competition.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the US staffing industry.
- Familiarity with US IT/Non-IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Proficiency with lead generation and CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work US shifts (EST/PST).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with cold emailing and B2B lead generation strategies.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
