Marketing Executive Jobs Opening in Mangalam Medical

1. Shell be responsible to the Chief Medical Officer or Hospital Administrator. 2. Shall have adequate knowledge of computerized accounting systems and general office management. 3. Shall assist the Chief Medical Officer or Hospital Administrator in his responsibility for the financial stability of the hospital. 4. Shall be responsible for the maintenance of accounts and preparation of financial reports and statistics and the management of the business office. 5. Shall deal with correspondence appertaining to his department. 6. Shall have the oversight of all hospital cash. 7. Shall be responsible for checking and authorizing invoices. 8. Shall be Secretary of the Finance Committee. 9. Shall check the cashier’s receipt and receive the daily cash statement. 10. Shall be responsible for staff other than medical/para-medical ones and nurses within the policies defined and procedures determined from time to time. 11. Shall engage additional staff described above with the approval of the Hospital Boar Shall supervise these staff subject to standing orders and discharge according to policies and procedures determined. 12. Shall be responsible for the oversight of the buildings and regularly inspect them to ascertain that they are kept in good condition. 13. Shall be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of an inventory of equipment. 14. Shall, in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer or the Hospital Administrator, prepare estimates of the cost of new buildings and of repairs and alterations to existing buildings etc. 15. Shall accept responsibility for the oversight of the Chaplain's duties and see that reports are made regularly. When there is no Chaplain, the Business Manager should plan the meetings for the patients in collaboration with the Nursing Superintendent and the sisters in-charge of wards or departments, unless the Hospital Administrator makes other arrangements.
