Your Role

- Lead the design and deployment of SAP solutions across discrete and process manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to align SAP architecture with manufacturing strategies and KPIs.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA implementations focused on production planning, shop floor integration, and asset management.
- Define scalable and resilient architecture standards for smart factories and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance on integrating SAP with MES, IIoT platforms, and advanced analytics tools.

Your Profile

- 12–16 years of experience in SAP, with deep expertise in manufacturing industry processes and technologies.
- Strong command of SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, SAP EWM, SAP MII, and SAP Asset Intelligence Network.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP transformation programs in global manufacturing setups.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, predictive maintenance, and digital twin concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure) and integration with OT systems is a plus.
