Role Overview The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding key B2B relationships across HORECA, caf chains, distributors, and institutional clients. The role requires a dynamic sales professional with deep understanding of the foodservice ecosystem, capable of driving revenue growth and ensuring seamless execution across the frozen bakery and savoury portfolio. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow strategic accounts including hotel groups, QSRs, caf chains, and distributors. - Identify and acquire new B2B clients within the foodservice, modern trade, and institutional sectors. - Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective planning, follow-up, and execution. - Build long-term client relationships through superior service, market insight, and responsiveness. - Monitor competition, pricing, and customer feedback to support business strategy. - Coordinate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction. Candidate Profile - Experience: 57years in B2B sales, preferably in frozen foods, bakery, or FMCG sectors. - Preferred Exposure: HORECA, QSR, caf chains, or modern retail supply. - Skills: Sales strategy, key account management, negotiation, and client servicing. - Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication. - Attributes: Self-motivated, relationship-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
