Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Professional located in Sarjapura Bangalore. The role involves engaging with potential clients, showcasing our projects, and guiding clients through the sales process. Daily tasks will include meeting sales targets, providing exceptional client service, and maintaining client relationships. The Direct Sales Professional will collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and contribute to the success of Trifecta Projects. Qualifications - Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to excel in client interactions - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities - Customer service skills, including responsiveness and a client-centric approach - Understanding of real estate or property sales (previous experience in this domain is a plus) - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred - Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
