About Us Waldenwoods Eco Retreat is a village resort nestled in Tangi Cuttack offering unparalleled hospitality and breathtaking views We re seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences Job Summary We re looking for a seasoned Resort Manager to oversee daily operations drive revenue growth and maintain our high standards of service The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day resort operations including front desk housekeeping F B and activities - Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction - Drive revenue growth through effective yield management marketing and sales strategies - Maintain high standards of quality safety and cleanliness throughout the resort - Foster strong relationships with guests partners and local stakeholders - Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions to optimize operations Requirements - 5 years of experience in resort management or a similar leadership role - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction - Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Relevant certifications e g hospitality management and education preferred What We Offer - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Access to exclusive resort facilities and experiences Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 689 14 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Leave encashment Life insurance Ability to commute relocate Cuttack Orissa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience total work 5 years Preferred Hospitality management 5 years Required Work Location In person
