Hands-on IC role with an opportunity to transition to Chief Business Officer within 6-12 Months

ryme.ai is an AI-powered influencer marketing and UGC marketing platform helping brands collaborate with creators at scale. Our mission is to build the end-to-end operating system for creator-led brand growth.
Founded by an IIT Bombay alumnus, 2x Founder & angel investor (ex-Swiggy, ex-Acko) and backed by advisors from Flipkart, Swiggy, ShareChat, MakeMyTrip, Lenskart, Observe.ai, and ICICI Lombard, ryme.ai is on a mission to become India's most impactful creator-tech company.
We already have traction, paying brands, and a growing creator network. Now we're hiring our first sales hire, a hustler who canpersonally build the pipeline, close deals, and aggressively scale revenue (targeting 10x in 6 months). Deliver, and this role grows into Chief Business Officer (CBO).
What You'll Do
- Own revenue growth aggressively scale revenue (targeting 10x in 6 months).
- Prospect, pitch, and close D2C brands, SMBs, and marketing leaders yourself.
- Build the Outbound and Inbound pipeline from scratch.
- Run 30+ brand conversations/month and close high value deals directly.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead gen pitching closing handoff to Ops.
- Continuously refine the playbook using data, feedback, and leverage AI tools to speed up outreach, prospecting, and CRM
- Build strong, long-term client relationships with CMOs, brand heads, and founders.
- Be the face of ryme.ai at events, in communities, and in conversations with India's top brands.

- You've sold in influencer marketing, creator activations, UGC campaigns, or creator-led brand partnerships.
- You're a hunter. You've been an early sales hire or sole IC, built your own pipeline, and delivered without a large team.
- You thrive in 01 startup chaos and don't wait for processes to be handed to you.
- You're resourceful and street-smart. You don't take no for an answer, you find solutions, think out of the box, and get things done.
- You want ownership, equity, and a clear path to CBO. You're not looking for just another job.
