We are looking for a self-driven success oriented and inspiring leader for the position of Cluster Delivery Head CDH for Wipro Salesforce practice to manage Salesforce accounts engagements leader shall be responsible for executing delivery of multiple accounts across market unit and ensuring customer success profitable growth employee satisfaction capability building and innovations by leveraging eco system Key Responsibilities Leader should have direct experience of managing delivery of Salesforce complex and large programs accounts of size 400 FTEs and revenue of 50 Mn manage C level customer relationships and identify opportunities of growth Customer Success Conduct regular delivery cadence with customer internal stakeholders to prevent schedule cost overruns proactively and implement best delivery practices Profitable growth Ensure Y-o-Y 15 profitable growth and meet operating margins target Drive forecasting and fulfilment for the accounts from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline Enable implement value added services and solutions to customer in line with Wipros offerings Has good understanding of the delivery operational parameters and drive them to align to organization norms Understand customer vision and proactively build solutions to manage sustained growth Would be instrumental in delivery led growth by scoping farming new opportunities within the accounts proactively Align with the client partners to build winning solutions and deliver Key SkillsTotal experience of 15 years in Salesforce CRM space with at least 5 years as a Delivery leader CDHMust have experience in Salesforce Implementation Rollout and AMS programs should have executed projects with different SDLCs engagement levelsKnowledge of Estimation techniquesKnowledge of Quality parametersClient CentricityExecution ExcellenceCollaborative WorkingNurturing PeoplePassion for ResultsStrategic PerspectiveStakeholder ManagementManaging ComplexityProblem Solving Decision MakingLocations Bengaluru Hyderabad Pune Salesforce Platform Development
