For more details, please visit: www.momsbelief.com Role Overview The Revenue Head will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, partnerships, and new business opportunities across Pan India. The role will focus on building doctor referral networks, school collaborations, and ensuring strong lead-to-enrollment conversions. This position requires a commercially aggressive leader with a strong Pharma/Medical MR background, who has successfully scaled business networks and built high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities Sales & Partnerships o Drive business generation through doctor networks, schools, and company- owned centers. o Develop referral partnerships with doctors, pediatricians, and specialists. o Collaborate with schools for therapy, counselling, and awareness programs. o support teams in converting leads into enrollments. Business Development o Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with growth plans. o Implement a performance-driven sales approach inspired by Pharma MR models. o Drive aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Sales Process Excellence o Streamline sales processes and lead management systems to ensure scalability and efficiency in revenue growth o Monitor and drive KPIs for sales, enrollments, and revenue. o Oversee center-level business performance and productivity. Team Leadership & Culture o Build, mentor, and lead a Pan-India sales and operations team. o Instill an aggressive, target-oriented culture with clear accountability. o Create career progression models for high-performing employees. Stakeholder & Market Engagement o Maintain strong relationships with doctors & schools. o Represent Mom's Belief in external forums to strengthen visibility and credibility. Candidate Profile 1520+ years of experience in Pharma/Healthcare industry. Prior exposure to Doctor engagement, Pharma distribution. Excellent track record in delivering revenue. Strong leadership with ability to drive large teams Pan India. Preferred Background Experience in doctor networks, distributed center models, pharma sales, and institutional business. Demonstrated success in driving new business growth and conversions.
