Job Description The Business Head is a results-driven leader responsible for the overall P&L and growth of the studio. You will drive the business strategy, sales, finance, and operations to aggressively scale our presence in the Content markets. The core focus is driving substantial new business while sustaining existing client relationships and successfully launching strategic new initiatives. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - P&L Growth: Achieve year-over-year targets for Net Revenue and Profitability. - New Business Acquisition: Deliver specific metrics for new project volume and clients - Client Retention & Expansion: Maintain high repeat business and organic expansion from key accounts. - New Initiative Success: Successfully launch and scale new ventures (e.g., new markets, new services). - Operational Efficiency: Optimize processes to maximize project gross margins. Core Responsibilities - P&L Management & Strategy: Develop and execute the2-3 year business strategy and operating plan. Own the P&L, manage budgets, forecast revenue, and lead all major commercial negotiations. - Sales & Business Development: Personally lead high-value pitches and drive the full new business pipeline. Build a high-performing sales team and formalize the go-to-market strategy. - Client & Account Growth: Act as the executive sponsor for strategic clients, ensuring retention and identifying opportunities to upsell additional design and procurement services (FFE). - Strategic Initiatives: Evaluate, plan, and execute major new ventures, ensuring they become profitable and self-sufficient operations. - Leadership & Operations: Oversee all non-design functions (sales, marketing, finance, project management), ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the studio's creative vision.
