Job Description

Training Program Development:

- Identify training needs and design comprehensive training plans and curricula.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Design and organize engaging and effective training sessions in collaboration with Sales Trainers, both in-person and online.

Training Management:

- Collaborate with Sales Trainers to organize training sessions, ensuring participants are engaged and learning effectively.
- Monitor and track training progress, providing feedback to participants and management.
- Organize and manage logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue selection, and materials.

Performance Evaluation and Improvement:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data on sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create & maintain training dashboards

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to align training efforts with business
- objectives.
- Communicate effectively with sales team members, providing regular updates and feedback.
