Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation & Research: Identify and generate new leads through online research, industry directories, and other resources. ● Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through calls to introduce our products and services. ● Follow-up on Leads: Maintain a consistent follow-up process with existing and new leads to convert them into sales opportunities. ● Quotations: Prepare and send accurate product quotations to prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-up. ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. ● Sales Reporting: Track and report daily sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support the overall sales strategy and meet company targets. Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). ● 5 - 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the automation of the manufacturing sector. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and online research. ● Proficiency in preparing quotations and handling customer queries. ● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. ● Basic knowledge of automation and control systems is a plus.
