Senior Executive – Accounts Location: Gurgaon Experience: 6-8 Years Industry: IT Infrastructure / Technology Services Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced accounting professional to join our finance team as Senior Executive – Accounts . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete spectrum of accounting and financial functions — from bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting to statutory compliances including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Audits . You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations while supporting management with timely insights and analysis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment , takes ownership, and is passionate about building robust financial systems that enable business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations , including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial closures , and prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Oversee GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliances — including return preparation, payment, reconciliation, and statutory filings. Handle audit processes and coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory audits. Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and financial summaries to support business and management decisions. Manage banking operations including fund flow management, payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting. Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal financial controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Operations, Procurement) for accounting and reporting accuracy. Key Requirements Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com . Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in an IT or technology-driven organization. Strong understanding of Accounting Standards (Ind AS) , GST laws , Income Tax , TDS , and Audit procedures . Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) and advanced skills in MS Excel . Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
