Job Title : Senior Account Executive CA Intern or pursuing CA (Inter level).Department: Accounts & FinanceLocation: MAKARBA, AHMEDABADReports To: Accounts ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who is a graduate and CA Intern with strong knowledge of taxation, banking, audit, billing, purchase entries, and various tax compliances. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support statutory compliance in line with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. • Prepare and review purchase, sales, and expense entries ensuring accuracy and compliance.• Handle billing and invoicing processes and ensure timely posting and follow-up.• Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage banking transactions.• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.• Assist in internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance.• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.• Maintain records for vendor payments, customer receipts, and other financial transactions.• Support in the finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other departments for smooth financial operations.• Stock Maintaining.Required Qualifications & Skills:• Educational Qualification: Graduate (B.Com/M.Com) with CA Intern or pursuing CA (Inter level).• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.• Technical Skills:o Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.o Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and tax laws.• Knowledge Areas:o Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)o Banking operations and reconciliations o Billing, purchase, and sales entrieso Audit procedures and compliance• Soft Skills:o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilityo Excellent communication and organizational skillso Attention to detail and accuracy
