As an HR Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization&aposs human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and possess excellent communication, negotiation, recruitment, and talent acquisition skills. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources or any degree
- 0 to 4 years of experience in HR role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee performance evaluation process
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
