This position is hired by Arisezon Technology for our UK based client. We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage daily HR operations and oversee end-to-end recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will streamline HR processes, conduct job market research, and drive recruitment efforts while operating in a dynamic, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

·     Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process—from drafting job descriptions and posting openings to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding.

·     Conduct job market research to identify industry trends, talent pools, and competitor practices to continuously enhance our recruitment strategies.

·     Collaborate with the payroll partner to ensure seamless HR operations and data accuracy.

·     Develop and update HR policies and best practices that support company growth.

·     Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare regular reports on HR metrics, recruitment progress, and overall operational performance.

·     Provide general HR support by addressing employee queries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·     Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·     Prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role is preferred, though passionate individuals eager to learn will be considered.

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

·     Proficiency with HRIS systems, and standard office applications.

·     Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.

·     A proactive approach to problem-solving and keen attention to detail.

Skills:

·     Proficiency in job market research to identify trends and talent opportunities.

·     Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) research and utilization for candidate sourcing and management.

·     Good communication skills

Duration & Compensation:

We offer a structured internship program designed to enhance your expertise through hands-on learning and professional mentorship.

·      The first month will serve as an evaluation period to assess your fit within the company culture and work environment. During this time, we will focus on:

  • Work Ethic & Professionalism: Punctuality, accountability, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues.

  • Alignment with Company Culture: Understanding company values, work ethics, and operational processes.
  • From Month 2 to Month 6 , you will receive a stipend of INR 2,000 INR per month as part of your learning and development phase.
  • Based on performance and successful completion of the probation period, we will consider a salary increase , along with additional incentives and allowances .
