Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Hyderabad. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules and appointments, preparing and managing expense reports, and coordinating communications. The role also involves handling various executive administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO's work environment. The ideal candidate will manage sensitive information with confidentiality and anticipate the needs of the CEO to enhance organizational efficiency. Qualifications - Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support - Strong skills in handling Expense Reports and Diary Management - Expertise in Administrative Assistance and related organizational tasks - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information - Proficiency in office productivity tools such as MS Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
