Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary: Serves as the administrative and functional point person for the CEO matters to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes in diverse lines of business. Requires full time availability with flexible hours aligned with CEO, with a desire to learn and expand responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple assignments as directed by the CEO related to diverse lines of business (Staffing, Security, Soft Services, Technical, Skills, etc.) and all inter departmental activities.
Efficient, smooth and prompt operations of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). E-Mail Management, Communications, Correspondences & requisite approvals.
Scheduling of meetings/Reviews, preparation of agendas, co-ordination of attendance and accurate and timely minute taking for internal and external meetings up to Board level (including but not limited to Board Meetings, Leadership Meetings, HOD Meetings, Business Development Meetings, Business Head Meetings) and with follow-up mechanism.
Coordinates calendar, travel, meetings and schedules arrangements for CEO.
Updating the CEO on a daily basis on HOD Movements & Activities, Office Decorum, Discipline, Collections, New Sales, Business Deployment and any other information needed by CEO.
Communicates with Chairman, Directors, Investors and on behalf of the CEO on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed. Keeping contact information for all Directors, Senior Management, Key Associates for the access of CEO.
