Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for providing executive support, managing the CEO's daily schedule, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing day-to-day activities as needed to enable the CEO to focus on high-level strategic tasks. Qualifications - Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance to support senior leadership effectively. - Strong skills in Diary Management and scheduling to organize and prioritize the CEO's commitments. - Experience in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance to manage documents, handle correspondence, and maintain office efficiency. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and professionalism. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software. - Prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant is preferred.
