Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations within the assigned region. The role involves leading a team of sales executives, developing channel partners, and driving revenue growth through effective market penetration and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area. - Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance and goal achievement. - Manage distributor and retailer relationships to maximize sales and product visibility. - Identify and onboard new business partners while strengthening existing networks. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. - Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management. - Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies. - Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotional activities and product campaigns. - Conduct regular market visits to ensure availability, visibility, and compliance with company policies. - Represent the company in trade meets, school/college visits, and other promotional events.
