Key Responsibilities: ✅ Business Development - Identify and target potential clients in need of blue-collar staffing solutions. - Generate and pursue leads to expand the client base. ✅ Sales Process Management - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities for continuous growth. ✅ Client Relationship Management - Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. - Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with staffing solutions. ✅ Collaboration & Coordination - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively met. - Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings. ✅ Market Research & Analysis - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. - Adapt sales strategies based on market insights. ✅ Reporting & Documentation - Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. Qualifications & Requirements: ? Education: - Any qualification accepted (High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred). ? Experience: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience (experience in blue-collar services or banking sales preferred). ? Skills: - Strong communication & negotiation abilities. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to build rapport & establish trust with clients. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software. ? Other Requirements: - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
