Role Overview
As a Field Sales Representative (FSR) at LittleDiet Foods, you will be the trusted link between our brand and paediatric healthcare professionals. Your role is to educate and engage paediatricians, child nutritionists, and healthcare institutions about the nutritional value, safety, and science behind UGGU, encouraging them to recommend it as part of healthy weaning practices. This is an individual, revenue generating, target-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with paediatricians and dieticians.
- Educate doctors on the nutritional benefits, ingredients of UGGU.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals as per the planned territory.
- Organise doctor meets, product demos and awareness sessions on infant nutrition.
- Gather insights from healthcare professionals to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly prescription and outreach targets.
- Ensure compliance with medical marketing ethics and company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Nutrition Sales Executive (infant or FMCG nutrition preferred).
- Strong understanding of paediatric nutrition and weaning practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, ethical, and comfortable with field work and travel.
