As a Product Director of Customer Acquisition Experiences in Consumer Community Banking you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers As a leader on the create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs Job responsibilities Oversees the product roadmap vision development execution risk management and business growth targets Leads the entire product life cycle through planning execution and future development by continuously adapting developing new products and methodologies managing risks and achieving business targets like cost features reusability and reliability to support growth Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices such as solution generation market research storyboarding mind-mapping prototyping methods product adoption strategies and product delivery enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives Monitors market trends conducts competitive analysis and identifies opportunities for product differentiation Oversees end-to-end product roadmaps for Account Opening and Shopping journeys within Deposit including vision development risk management and business growth targets Lead the discovery and development of products and methodologies to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team Lead and coordinate complex product initiatives across multiple areas driving strategy alignment prioritization decisions and optimal sequencing Build robust partnerships with the Quad Product Experience Tech Architecture Data Analytics to achieve results Required qualifications capabilities and skills 8 years of experience delivering products projects technology applications with experience managing technical platforms Individual with good understanding of technologies including API Microservices Cassandra Kafka AWS etc Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle technical design and data analytics Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions Extensive experience with all stages of the product development life cycle including technical design solution and optimization post-launch Exceptional ability to understand data and leverage analytic insights to continually improve the experience and reach exceed OKRs Demonstrated ability to execute in a demanding technology space with multiple co-suppliers juggling multiple complex dependencies and modernization efforts Expertise and comfort in building out and owning a roadmap backlog and full end-to-end execution with adherence to Agility principles Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills Recognized thought leader within a related field Deep understanding of the needs of the customer acquisitions journey from shopping through origination in a co-brand partnership context Experience working in financial services acquisition digital products online and mobile platforms etc Consumer and Business Banking domain knowledge and related lending credit account opening or similar onboarding experience strongly preferred Ability to prioritize a large book of work meetings team dynamics and overall discovery Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and maintain
