we are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, execution, and team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth by building and optimizing our marketing funnels and activities across all channels. If you are a strategic leader with a passion and having a proven track record of scaling marketing operations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term marketing strategy (covering digital, content, product marketing, brand, and PR) to achieve company goals and drive measurable growth.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage external agency relationships.

  • Brand & Content: Define and maintain the company's brand voice and positioning. Oversee the creation of high-value, engaging content that supports lead generation and customer retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: [7-10+] years of progressive marketing experience, with at least [3+] years in a senior leadership or Director-level role.

  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of modern marketing technology stacks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
