About the Role

We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can translate concepts into compelling visual stories across social media, digital, and mainline campaigns. As a Art Director / Creative Visualizer, you will bring ideas to life — from conceptualization to final design — leading a team of graphic designers and video editors to deliver high-impact visual content that aligns with the brand's communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret creative briefs and visualize campaign concepts across digital, print, OOH, and branding platforms.

Collaborate with the strategy and copy teams to develop cohesive, impactful ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling.

Direct and mentor designers, illustrators, and video editors to achieve high-quality creative output.

Ensure consistency in design language, color palettes, typography, and brand aesthetics across all projects.

Actively explore creative trends, new design styles, and AI-powered tools to bring innovation into the workflow.

Review, critique, and finalize creative deliverables for internal presentations and client approvals.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and creative quality.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh, original visual ideas.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other design tools.

Working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT for ideation, etc.) is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative vision to internal teams and clients.

Proven ability to guide a small creative team (designers, editors) toward innovative and brand-aligned outcomes.

Attention to detail, aesthetic judgment, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Ideal Candidate Profile

2+ years of hands-on design experience in a creative agency or similar environment.

A thinker and doer — capable of both ideation and execution.

Comfortable balancing creative vision with practical deliverables and deadlines.

A self-starter who stays updated with design, advertising, and digital trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
