We are looking to hire an Senior Engineering Director to work at our prestigious Teradata R&D Labs at Hyderabad to be part of Teradata's Product Engineering team and head the fast growing Feature Test group.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Computer Science with 12 plus years' experience in Managing and directing teams and manager of managers, C/C++ development, Test Development and methodologies, Automation, CI/CD, Agile Testing. Development experience during career will be preferred.

  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills

  • SQL Expertise

Role & Responsibilities

  • Helps grow a team comprising of Managers, directors, Feature Developers, Feature Test, Performance Test, Automation, Test Data Management Engineers in the Product Engineering team.
  • Contributes, develops and continuously improves test team capabilities in project deliveries, project planning, collaboration, feature testing, validation testing, CI/CD, Agile Testing for Product Engineering team
